Our Board of Directors currently comprises a Non-executive Chairman, two Non-executive Directors and the Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director.

Rob joined the Tandou Board in 2007 and became Chairman in January 2011. He was previously the Managing Director of Webster’s Ltd following 20 years as a partner of Deloitte's. Current non-executive directorships include: The Forests and Forest Industry Council of Tasmania (Chairman), Tasmanian Pure Foods Ltd (Chairman), Freycinet Coast Financial Services Ltd (Chairman), CRC Forestry Ltd and Tasmanian Water and Sewerage Corporation (Southern Region) Pty Ltd.

Guy was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Tandou in 2006 after starting with the company in 2005 in the role of Chief Financial Officer. Guy has experience in international management and corporate finance, attained through senior management roles with Bayer Chemical Corporation and Lanxess Corporation in the United States.

Greg has extensive corporate agribusiness experience gained over 28 years with Elders Ltd and most recently as Managing Director of Elders. Greg has also held board positions including directorships with BWK Ag (Germany), AACo Ltd, HiFert Pty Ltd, Webster Ltd, Killara Feedlot Pty Ltd, Elders Rural Bank Ltd and Elders Insurance Ltd. Greg is also Chairman of Elementree Pty Ltd.

David Boyd has spent over 50 years in the Australian agricultural industry and is a former Chairman and CEO of Clyde Agriculture, a major cotton, wool, wheat, sheep meat and beef producer with holdings spread across northern New South Wales and western Queensland. Prior to this David worked with Dalgety’s for 28 years, including six years as the national General Manager of rural operations. David is now a non-executive Director of Tandou Limited and a Trustee of the McGarvie Smith Institute. He has served on the Boards of Cotton Australia, the Australian Wool Exchange, Wool International, and Australian Wool Innovation Limited. He has been a member of the Textiles and Footwear Advisory Committee of CSIRO, and Chairman of the Darling Matilda Way Sustainable Region Advisory Committee of the Commonwealth Government’s Department of Transport and Regional Services.
