Tandou Limited ACN 001 014 562 (Company) yesterday announced a non renounceable prorata entitlement offer of ordinary shares to existing shareholders at $0.42 each to raise up to approximately $23.1 million (Entitlement Offer).The Entitlement Offer is fully underwritten. Wilson HTM Corporate Finance Ltd is acting as Lead Manager and Underwriter to the Entitlement Offer.
