Key people within the Tandou management team include:

Guy Kingwill
Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

Guy commenced with Tandou as Chief Financial Officer in 2005 and was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director in 2006. Guy has extensive international management and corporate finance experience gained through senior vice president roles with Bayer Chemicals Corporation and Lanxess Corporation in America.

Bernie Woollard
Management Accountant and Company Secretary

Bernie was appointed Management Accountant and Company Secretary of Tandou in 2001 and has over 15 years experience in accounting, finance and corporate governance primarily within the agribusiness sector.

Brendan Barry
Water Manager

Brendan joined Tandou in 2001 as farm agronomist and has extensive experience with cereal and oilseed crop production. Brendan has been responsible for Tandou's water business including entitlement investment, allocation markets and development of new business for the company using Tandou's greatest physical assets.

Pat Sullivan
Tandou Farm Manager

Pat commenced work with Tandou in 1991 and was appointed to Farm Business Unit Manager in 2003. Pat has extensive experience in agricultural management including intensive livestock production and overhead and furrow irrigation management.

David McClure
Drip Irrigation Agronomist and Environmental Manager

David joined Tandou in 1997 and runs the environmental management systems across Tandou’s operations. David also manages Tandou Farm’s 780 hectares of subsurface drip irrigation and the Tandou Orchard drip irrigation system.

Robert Lowe
Assistant Farm Manager and Senior Agronomist

Rob started with Tandou in 1992 and has experience in managing large, high yielding irrigated crops using targeted inputs, latest technologies and production techniques.

Paul Martin
Pastoral Manager

Paul has 15 years Pastoral industry experience in remote/rural areas of NSW, SA and SW QLD. Started as a Jackaroo in the Merino industry in 1980 and became a qualified wool classer in 1983.  Moved  to Dorper sheep in early 2002. Prior to joining Tandou Pastoral was  livestock Manager with one of Australia’s leading organic lamb producers. RCS (Rural Consultancy Services) Time controlled/Cell Grazing principles and utilize Low Stress Stock handling practices when working with livestock.  Interest in sheep genetics for improving breed integrity and maximizing lamb growth potential. Paul holds a current Australian ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot’s license).
